This illustration began as black ink boldly painted onto watercolour paper. Painted silhouettes were incredibly popular in the Victorian era, and created dramatic yet minimal artwork.
Created as part of the Poison Collection.
This piece is printed onto recycled velvet fabric with the edges overlock stitched in the studio to prevent fraying. This artwork is unframed and will arrive in a protective postal tube or envelope.
