"Nightshade I" A Velvet Art Print 5x7
£30.00

A mini velvet print of the Deadly Nightshade plant, perhaps the most iconic plant in the Poison collection.

This illustration began as black ink boldly painted onto watercolour paper. Painted silhouettes were incredibly popular in the Victorian era, and created dramatic yet minimal artwork.

Created as part of the Poison Collection.

This piece is printed onto recycled velvet fabric with the edges overlock stitched in the studio to prevent fraying. This artwork is unframed and will arrive in a protective postal tube or envelope.

This print can be framed behind glass for added protection, or without glass if you want the true depth and tactility of the velvet to shine through. If you would like advice and tips for framing you can download the free velvet framing guide here.

For sustainability, our prints are manufactured in small batches. Depending on stock levels, your print may be made to order. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your artwork to be made.
